Pimento Cheese

Just in time for the holiday parties, pimento cheese makes an excellent dip or spread as well as an incredible sandwich. A taste of the South that's "easy as pie."
Ingredients
  Low fat colby cheese/Low fat cheese 8 Ounce, shredded
  Pimento 4 Ounce, diced
  Low fat mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients well.

SERVING
2. Spread the Pimento Cheese over the cucumber, bell peppers or over any of your favorite vegetables.
