Finally, here is the recipe for pancakes, essentials for a true American breakfast!
Ingredients
  Milk 200 Milliliter
  White sugar 15 Gram
  Baking powder 6 Gram
  Butter 25 Gram
  Flour 125 Gram
  Eggs 2 Medium
And for garnishing
  Berries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Powdered sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Maple syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Separate the yolks from the egg whites, In a bowl pour the milk add 2 yolks and the melted butter and mix well. Now add the sifted flour, baking powder and pinch of salt.
2. In a separate bowl beat the egg whites and sugar, do not beat them too stiff, fold them gently into the batter.
3. In a small frying pan, melt butter, and add a small ladle of dough into the centre. Let it spread out cook for a minute, then flip it over and cook on the other side.
4. Cook the pancake on a low-medium heat, so the pancake has time to rise while cooking.

SERVING
5. Sprinkle the pancakes with powdered sugar and garnished with berries and drizzle plenty of maple syrup and serve hot.
