Habanero Hot Wings

You can make Habanero Hot Wings, these have a sweet and spicy hot sauce, and best of all these are topped with crispy bacon.

Ingredients

Chicken wings 24 , cut into wing and drumette pieces
Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Salt 2 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
Smoked paprika 2 Teaspoon
Oil 4 Cup (64 tbs) ((for frying))
Honey 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Apple cider vinegar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Habanero pepper 1 , minced finely
Bacon 1 Pound , cooked and crumbled

Directions

GETTING READY

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2.Preheat oil to 350 degrees.

3.Remove chicken from packaging and dry with paper towels.

MAKING

4.In a large zip top bag, mix together: flour, salt, black pepper and smoked paprika. Shake to incorporate.

5.Drop the chicken wings into the flour mixture and shake to coat chicken.

6.Shake off excess flour and drop chicken wings into the hot oil.

7. Fry for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the middle.

8. Remove from oil and let drain on paper towels.

9.In a mixing bowl, whisk together: honey, apple cider vinegar, and habanero pepper.

10.Dip each chicken wing into sauce and then place onto a baking sheet.

11.Bake chicken for 5 minutes and remove from oven.

SERVING

12.Immediately sprinkle with crumbled bacon and serve.
