1. In a glass jar, place the ring bologna and push it till the bottom.
2. Add in the red crushed peppers, and fill the jar with white vinegar until the ring is completely covered.
3. Add in the red food coloring. Mix well and refrigerate the jar for 7 days.
4. After 7 days slice the ring bologna into desired slices and serve along with saltine crackers as the base.
If you do not want to use the red food coloring, then you ca use beet juice also for the red color.
