Waldorf Salad With Cherries
|Diced tart apples||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||5 Drop|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salad dressing/Mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Apples may be peeled or left with skins on for color.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Combine apples, celery and walnuts; fold in dressing, and serve in individual lettuce cups.
Top each with maraschino cherry.
