Crock-pot Potatoes with Cheese and Bacon

Looking for a great and easy side dish? Try this crock-pot potatoes and cheese with bacon.

Ingredients

Potatoes 3 Large
Bacon 1/4 Pound , chopped into small pieces
Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs) , thinly sliced
Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm) , thinly sliced
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Butter 3 Tablespoon
Cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Green onions 2 Tablespoon , thinly sliced

Directions

GETTING READY

1.Line a 6 quart crock-pot with foil (this will help keep your crock-pot clean).

2.Slice potatoes in half horizontally, and then vertically. Slice quartered potatoes into approximately 1/4 inch slices.

MAKING

3. Line the bottom of the foil line crock-pot with a layer of potatoes, and garlic.

4. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the layer of potatoes and onions.

5. Add remaining sliced potatoes and onions season with salt and pepper.

6. Add chopped bacon (you do not need to cook the bacon before adding to the crock-pot).

7. Add 1 cup of cheese, and dot with 3 tablespoons of butter.

8. Cook potatoes on high for 4 - 5 hours, or on low for 8 - 10 hours.

9. Once the potatoes are cooked, top with remaining 1 cup of cheese, and sliced green onions.

SERVING

9.Serve right away.
