Ingredients
  Red pepper 1 Large, sliced
  Yellow pepper 1 Large, sliced
  Green pepper 1 Large, sliced
  Onion 1 Large, sliced
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Dried basil 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Parmesan cheese 100 Gram
  Pasta 1 Packet
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Pre-cook any kind of pasta you like.

MAKING
2.In a saucepan on medium high heat, pour the olive oil and cook the onions and the three types of peppers.
3.Add some garlic, season with salt and cook until its tender.
4.Sprinkle the sugar, pour the vinegar, the basil, black pepper and give it a good stir.
5.Place the pasta in a serving dish and pour the contents of sauce pan over the pasta into the same dish and mix it together.

SERVING
6.Garnish with as much as Parmesan cheese as you would desire.
