Coleslaw With Cranberries And Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
  Green cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
  Purple cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
  Carrot 1 , grated
  Cranberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey 5 Tablespoon (2 tbsp. for dressing and remaining for salad)
  Red onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Garam masala 1 Dash
  Celery salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cashews 1 Cup (16 tbs) (soaked for 12 hours - For ranch Dressing)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (For ranch Dressing)
  Cider vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For ranch Dressing)
  Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For ranch Dressing)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) (For ranch Dressing)
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon (For ranch Dressing)
  Onion powder 3 Teaspoon (For ranch Dressing)
  Dill 1 Teaspoon (For ranch Dressing)
  Sea salt 1 Tablespoon (For ranch Dressing)
  Basil 1 Teaspoon (For ranch Dressing)
  Filtered water 3 Cup (48 tbs) (For ranch Dressing)
  Parsley 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For ranch Dressing)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. To make Ranch dressing – in a blending jar take the cashews, lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, sea salt, basil and water.
2. Grind for few minutes.
3. Keep the dressing in freeze.

MAKING
4. In a medium – large bowl take green cabbage, purple cabbage, carrot, cranberries, honey, red onion, garam masala and celery salt. Toss well all the ingredients.
5. Pour the dressing over salad. Toss to incorporate well.
6. Keep in the refrigerator before serving for 30 minutes.

SERVING
7. Serve chilled coleslaw in a serving plate.
