Ingredients
  Pineapple 1 Large
  Chopped cooked chicken 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Halved green grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut pineapple lengthwise into quarters.
Scoop out pulp, leaving shells 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick; set aside.
Cut enough pineapple pulp into bite-size pieces to measure 1 cup, discarding cores; reserve remaining pineapple for other uses.
Combine 1 cup pineapple and remaining ingredients; toss gently.
Spoon mixture into the pineapple shells.
