Mint, Cucumber and Yoghurt Dressing

  Greek yoghurt 4 Tablespoon
  Fresh mint leaves 10 Medium
  Cucumber 50 Gram

1. Spoon the yoghurt into a clean bowl.
2. Wash, dry and finely chop the mint leaves and add to the yoghurt.
3. Wash and dry the cucumber.
4. Using a grater, grate the cucumber into the bowl with the yoghurt and mint.
5. Mix well together, cover with cling film and store the yoghurt dressing in the fridge until required.

6. Use with salads, pastas or as desired.
