3 Cup (48 tbs) (preferably Peanut/ Groundnut Oil as it gives a very good flavour)
Dry chilli garlic ranch dressing
Red pepper chilli flakes
1. In a deep bowl, using a fork, whisk the oil, chilli garlic ranch dressing, garlic powder and red pepper chilli flakes together.
2. Empty the saltines into a big zip lock bag.
3. Pour the contents of the bowl, into the zip lock bag and zip it up. Turn the zip lock bag upside down a number of times, until all the saltine crackers are completely coated with the oil mixture.
4. Serve as a snack ,with guacamole or salsa.
