Ingredients
  Egg whites 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pure pumpkin/Oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon (almond flour)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Stevia 2 Gram (2 packets)
  Cocoa powder 1 Tablespoon (Optional)
Directions

MAKING
1. In mixing bowls place all ingredients and mix well.
2. Spray microwave safe bowl and place cake mixture in sprayed bowl.
3. Place bowl in microwave for 4 minutes.

SERVING
4. Serve with beverages or as desired.

TIP
If desired add 1tbsp peanut butter on top and place in microwave for another 1 minute.
