California Scramble for Mother's Day Meal

Ingredients
  Organic eggs 4 Large
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cherry tomatoes 10 Small, halved
  Jack cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Avocado 1 Medium, sliced
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a bowl, beat eggs and add a little heavy cream and mix well.

MAKING
2. Heat a pan with oil and add the cherry tomatoes; cook for a few seconds.
3. Add the beaten egg mixture and stir with a fork.
4. Add the cheese and half of sliced avocado.
5. Scramble the egg until its dry as per your taste.

SERVING
6. Serve California Scramble in a ostrich egg shell and top with slices of remaining half of avocado.
