Homemade Granola - Raw Or Toasted

Ingredients
  Rolled oats 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Almond 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), sliced
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canola oil 2 Tablespoon
  Mixed dried fruits 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Stir well till the ingredients are all incorporated together.
2) To toast, simply transfer to a pan and lightly toast for a few minutes, till done.

SERVING
3) Serve the fresh homemade granola as and when preferred.
