Milk Chocolate Porridge

Porridge (also spelled porage, parritch, etc.) is a dish made by boiling oats (rolled, crushed, or steel cut) or other cereal meals in water, milk, or both. It is usually served hot in a bowl or dish.
Ingredients
  Oats 150 Gram
  Skimmed milk 300 Milliliter
  Chocolate chips 1 Cup (16 tbs) (milk, dark or semi-chocolate)
  Sugar/Honey 1 Tablespoon (optional) (Optional)
Directions

MAKING
1. Heat a sauce pan and pour skimmed milk.
2. Once the milk reaches boiling point add oats and stir using a wooden spoon while it is cooking making sure the oats do not stick to the bottom of the pan.
3. Add milk chocolate chips and add a tablespoon of sugar or honey at this point if desired.

SERVING
4. Serve with milk or apple if desired after topping with chocolate chips.
