|Canned crushed pineapple||8 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Flaked coconut||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Rum flavoring||2 Teaspoon|
|Graham cracker crumbs||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
Cream margarine, sugar and eggs thoroughly.
Add salt and baking powder.
Drain 1/4 cup juice from pineapple; reserve juice.
Add pineapple, coconut, pecans, vanilla, flavoring and crumbs; mix well.
Pour into waxed paper-lined pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
Remove from pan; pour reserved juice over cake while warm.
