Green Fruit, Vegetable And Seeds Smoothie

Ingredients
  Lemon 1 , peeled
  Papaya spears 2
  Berries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Fresh / Frozen)
  Watermelon/Water 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Or More Cups)
  Lemon 1 , peel removed
  Bananas 2 (Frozen Or Fresh)
  Ginger root 1 1⁄2 Inch
  Apple 1
  Greens 1 Large (Bunch, May Include: Kale, Parsley, Dandelion Greens, Lambs Quarters, Nettles)
  Carrots 3
  Cherry tomatoes 5
  Papaya 2 (Spears)
  Fresh berries/Frozen berries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Pumpkin seeds 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Cut the top off of the watermelon, scoop out 2-3 cups and place in your blender.
2. Peel the lemon and add.
3. Then add the bananas and blend.
4. Cut the ginger across the fibers and add along with the rest of the ingredients (apple, tomatoes, greens, papaya, berries, seeds and cinnamon).
5. If the mixture is too thick, add more watermelon or 1/4 to 1/2 cup of spring water.
6. If using a Vitamix, don't blend for more than 30 seconds or it will start to heat up.

SERVING
7. Serve immediately or keep in the fridge and drink it throughout the day.
