A classic cocktail with an origin of New Orleans. We try to stay traditional on this cocktail and follow the instructions that fit a fairly public acceptance of the Sazerac
1. In a glass place the ice cubes, pour Rye Whiskey, Peychaud's Bitters and Simple Syrup.
2. Stir with a bar spoon, rinse the low ball glass with Splash of Absinth/Herbsaint
3. Pour the drink using a strainer in the low ball glass.
4. Rub the lemon twist on the rim of the glass.
