Easter Cocktails: Pink Bonnet

The lovely benefit of egg white really shows through in the foamy head of this cocktail. We'll be dry shaking first
  Gin 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Simple syrup 1⁄2 Ounce
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Ounce
  Grenadine/Raspberry liqueur 2 Dash
  Egg white 1

1. In a cocktail shaker, pour in the ingredients and shake well.
2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again. Strain into a glass

3. Serve chilled
