Alaskan Black Cod

Ingredients
  Alaskan black cod 230 Gram
  Miso/Bean curd 10 Gram
  Sugar 100 Gram
  Soy sauce 100 Gram
Directions

MAKING
1. Mix everything except the fish together and heat gently till the sugar melts.
2. Let the marinade cool.
3. Soak the fish in the marinade for at least 15 minutes.
4. Sear in a hot pan and then bake for 10 minutes

SERVING
5. Serve hot with rice
