Ham Supper Soup

Ingredients
  Hambone 1
  Dried split peas 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cubed carrots 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cubed potatoes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Add peas, carrots and onion; simmer for 1 hour longer.
Add potatoes and celery.
Remove bone; cut off meat.
Return meat to kettle; simmer for 15 to 20 minutes longer.
