|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Melted butter||1 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Sift flour and salt into bowl; add milk, eggs and butter.
Beat with mixer until smooth.
Fill greased popover pans 1/2 full.
Bake for 30 minutes or until well-puffed and golden; pierce during last 5 minutes of baking to allow steam to escape.
