Crumbly Tomato Rounds

Ingredients
  Heirloom tomato 4 , sliced 1/4 inch thick (Preferably Use Home Grown Tomatoes)
  Shredded asiago cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Panko bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat broiler to high.

MAKING
2) Slice tomatoes and place on a baking sheet.
3) In a separate bowl, combine the asiago cheese, panko bread crumbs, salt, pepper and parsley. Stir to combine, then evenly divide the cheesy herb breading mixture on top of the tomatoes.
4) Place tomatoes on the top rack of the oven under the broiler for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

SERVING
1) Serve immediately!
