Raw food recipes: bread, guacamole, hummus, salads, custard pie, icecream
For apple bread
  Brazil nuts 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sun dried tomato 4
  Mixed herbs 1 Tablespoon
  Apple 8
  Flax seeds 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
For hummus
  Chickpeas 1 Cup (16 tbs), soaked
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Tahini 7 Tablespoon
For guacamole
  Tomato 4 , chopped finely
  Avocado 2 , chopped finely
  Onion 1⁄2 , chopped finely
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
Beetroot salad
  Beetroot 1 , chopped
  Apple 1 , sliced
  Sultanas 1 Tablespoon
For green salad
  Baby green 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Tomatoes 3 , chopped finely
  Cucumber 1 , sliced
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
For custard pie
  Walnuts 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Dates 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Carob 1 Tablespoon
  Bananas 4
For garnishing custard pie
  Grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raspberry 1 Cup (16 tbs)
For ice cream
  Banana 2
  Agave 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

1. For making apple bread – in a food processor, blend Brazil nuts.
2. Add sundried tomatoes and mixed herbs. Blend it well.
3. Add chopped apples and blend till smooth.
4. In a bowl, place this mixture.
5. In the food processor, grind flax seed and grind it. Add to apple dough and mix to form a loaf.
6. Make a brick with the mix and slice it and dehydrate overnight.
7. For making hummus –in a food processor, blend hummus with water and lemon juice.
8. Add tahini and blend again.
9. For making guacamole – in a blender, combine tomato, avocado, onion and parsley. Blend until smooth.
10. For making beetroot salad – in a blender, combine grated apples, beetroot, and sultanas.
11. For making green salad – in a bowl, combine baby greens, tomatoes, cucumber slices, and lemon juice.
12. For making custard pie – in a blender, blend walnuts, dates and carob. Place it in a dish.
13. In a bowl, place bananas and mash it. Place it over base and top with grapes and raspberries.
14. For making ice cream – in a blender, blend banana and place it in a bowl, top with agave.

15. Serve the dishes with juice.
