Pineapple Orange Juice Smoothie & Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

I had some guests over for breakfast last week. Check out how I made a low-fat raw vegan apple cinnamon oatmeal with Pineapple juice.
Ingredients
For pineapple orange juice
  Pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Orange juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
For apple cinnamon oatmeal
  Apple 4 Cup (64 tbs), chopped finely
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cashew 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dates 4 Large
For topping
  Frozen banana 2 Large
Directions

MAKING PINEAPPLE ORANGE JUICE
MAKING
1. For making pineapple orange juice - in a food processor, combine pineapple and orange juice. Blend until smooth.

SERVING
2. Serve it chilled.

MAKING APPLE CINNAMON OATMEAL
MAKING
1. In a food processor, combine apples, cinnamon, dates and cashew. Pulse it until apple chunks are broken.
2. Using a juicer, juice frozen bananas.

SERVING
3. Top the apple cinnamon oatmeal with banana and serve it with pineapple orange juice.
