|Flour||1 3⁄4 Tablespoon|
|Cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||3⁄4 Tablespoon|
|Cooked shrimp||1 Pound|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Dash|
Melt butter; stir in flour to make a paste.
Add cream gradually; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add catsup and Worcestershire sauce, stirring well.
Add shrimp; stir until heated through.
Season with salt, paprika and cayenne pepper.
Add sherry just before serving.
