Norfolk Oysters

Ingredients
  Boiled rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), hot
  Oysters 1 Pint, drained
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Buttered cracker crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oyster stew 1 Can (10 oz)
  Salt and pepper To Taste
Directions

Spread half the rice in greased baking dish; cover with half the oysters.
Add flour to oyster stew; mixing well.
Pour half the stew over rice and oysters.
Dot with butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Repeat, using remaining ingredients.
Cover with crumbs.
Bake in 375-degree oven for 30 minutes.
