|Boiled rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), hot|
|Oysters||1 Pint, drained|
|Buttered cracker crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Oyster stew||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Salt and pepper||To Taste|
Spread half the rice in greased baking dish; cover with half the oysters.
Add flour to oyster stew; mixing well.
Pour half the stew over rice and oysters.
Dot with butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Repeat, using remaining ingredients.
Cover with crumbs.
Bake in 375-degree oven for 30 minutes.
