|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Green pepper||1 , chopped|
|Okra||2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced|
|Corn||1 Cup (16 tbs), canned|
|Tomatoes||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped|
Cook onion and green pepper in hot oil pan with oil until onion is golden and translucent, stirring frequently.
Add okra; cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
