Grilled Okra With Remoulade Sauce

Chef Lisa demonstrates how to grill okra at the Newark Natural Foods Farmers Market. Think you don't like okra? Try it grilled! It's delicious. Served with a spiced mayonnaise for dipping. It's easy...enjoy!
Ingredients
For the remoulade sauce
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Creole mustard/Grainy dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Capers 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Fresh tarragon 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Fresh parsley 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Fresh basil 1 Teaspoon, minced
For the okra
  Okra pods 1 Pound, washed (and dried, left whole)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Creole seasoning 1 Tablespoon (Pure and Simple)
  Kosher salt To Taste (Optional)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the grill for 15 minutes.

MAKING
2. In a bowl combine mayonnaise, creole mustard, capers, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, fresh tarragon, fresh parsley and fresh basil.
3. Stir everything until well combined, set aside.
4. Place the washed okra in a mixing bowl and coat it with olive oil and creole seasoning, coat it well.
5. Once the grill is ready, place the okra on the grill and brown them until soft not mushy.
6. Once the okra is done place it back in the bowl and toss it again.

SERVING
7. Serve with remoulade sauce.
