Ingredients
  Chicken 3 Cup (48 tbs), chopped (I Used A Rotisserie Chicken)
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped (Toasted)
  Seedless grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved
  Gala apple 1 Large, diced
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (I Used Light Mayonnaise)
  Honey mustard 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (I Used Newman's Lite Honey Mustard)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

SERVING
2. Serve over lettuce and with crackers, if desired.
