Baked Fish Creole

Ingredients
  Frozen cod fillets/Other fillets 16 Ounce, thawed and cut into bite size pieces (1 package)
  Canned tomatoes 16 Ounce (1 can)
  Onion 1 Medium, diced
  Green pepper 1 Medium, diced
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Uncooked regular long grain rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 375° F.

MAKING
2) Take a 2 quart casserole and combine all ingredients in it, stirring to break up the tomatoes.
3) Cover and bake for about 1 1/4 hours or until rice and fish turn tender, stirring just once after 45 minutes.

SERVING
4) Transfer to a platter decorate with lemon wedges and serve immediately.
