Sweet Potatoes Hawaiian

Ingredients
  Butter/Fat 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sweet potatoes 6 , peeled and halved lengthwise
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crushed pineapple 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), undrained
Directions

MAKING
1. In a skillet, melt butter or fat.
2. Add potatoes and brown it.
3. Add brown sugar and pineapple.
4. Cook it over a low flame for 45 minutes or until potatoes become tender.
5. Turn the potatoes often.

SERVING
6. Serve Sweet Potatoes Hawaiian immediately.
