Ingredients
  Lettuce 1 , washed and shredded
  Celery stick 2 , diced
  Canned sliced pimento strips 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Few Strips)
  Shelled walnuts 1 Ounce
  Green grapes 6 , peeled halved and de-seeded
  Pear 1 , cored and sliced (For Garnish)
  Pear 1 , peeled, cored and sliced (For Garnish)
  Cooked diced chicken 6 Ounce (For Garnish)
  Mayonnaise 4 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a mixing bowl, put together all the salad ingredients together.

SERVING
2) Plate the salad and garnish with unpeeled pear slices.
