Hoosier Country Scrapple
|Ground cooked pork||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Ground cooked beef||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground cooked liver||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Broth||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Cornmeal||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
"Combine pork, beef, liver and broth in saucepan; bring just to boiling point.
Dampen cornmeal with small amount of water; stir into pork mixture.
Add salt and sage.
Boil, stirring constantly, until thick.
Pour into 2 loaf pans; chill for 12 hours.
Slice; fry in lightly greased skillet.
