Confetti Coleslaw

Ingredients
  Coleslaw mix 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Green onions 4 Tablespoon, chopped and divided
  Red pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced
  Green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced
  Frozen corn 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), cooked and drained
  Mandarin oranges 11 Ounce, drained and divided (canned)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Raspberry vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Lime juice/Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together coleslaw mix, 3 tablespoons green onions, red and green pepper, corn and oranges, reserving 6 orange segments for garnish.
2. In a small, bowl, place together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and juice and blend well.
3. Stream the mayonnaise dressing over salad and toss to coat well.
SERVING
4. Transfer the salad to a salad bowl and garnish with remaining green onions and reserved orange segments.
