Sauted Garlic Kale

Eat your greens! This recipe is so easy and takes no time at all. Just a quick saute.
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), sliced
  Kale 4 Cup (64 tbs), coarsely chopped (washed, dried and stems removed)
  Salt To Taste (Other(Full absorption))
  Stock 1 Cup (16 tbs) (chicken, beef or vegetable stock may be used)
  Red pepper flakes 2 Pinch, crushed (Optional)

1. Take a pan and heat it to a medium with some olive oil, add the garlic, saute for a couple of minutes till it turns golden in color.
2. At this point add the kale, toss it well to mix and add a pinch of salt. Add the stock, mix all the ingredients well, cover and let it cook for a while, checking every few minutes, tossing everything to make sure the greens are wilting down evenly.
3. Lastly add 2 pinches of red pepper flakes (optional), stir and turn off the heat.

4. Serve as a side dish with chicken or fish.
