All You Do Heat oil in large skillet over med-hi heat and brown chicken. Add onions, celery and seasoning. Cook until soft, about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in rice, tomatoes and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20-25 minutes. Stir in bell peppers halfway through cooking.
