Saucy Hawaiian Franks

Ingredients
  Peach preserves/Pineapple preserves 12 Ounce (1 Bottle)
  Barbecue sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frankfurters 2 Pound (10 per pound)
  Canned pineapple chunks in juice 20 Ounce, drained, reserving 3 tablespoon (1 can)
  Corn starch 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a 3 quart saucepan, stir in the preserves and the barbecue sauce
2) Using a sharp knife, cut the frankfurters into diagonal 3/4 inch pieces
3) Add the frankfurter pieces to the saucepan and cook over a medium heat
4) Add in the pineapple chunks
5) Allow to heat through
6) Take off from the heat and into a small bowl, add in 3 tablespoons of the reserved juice and cornstarch and mix till smooth
7) Add to the saucepan
8) Put back onto the stove and heat till thickened
9) Transfer to a chafing or slow cooker

SERVING
10) Serve hot with picks or forks
