All American Low Fat Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked potatoes 3 Medium, peeled & cubed
  Green onions 5 , sliced
  Celery stalks 2 , diced
  Radishes 6 , sliced
  Dill weed 1 Teaspoon
  Diced cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Yogurt dressing  
  Plain low-fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Horseradish 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Lemon juice/Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, minced
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a large salad bowl and combine all the vegetables in it.
2) FOR THE YOGURT DRESSING: Take a bowl and combine all the ingredients in it. Mix nicely and refrigerate.
3) Add dill weed to the yogurt dressing and mix nicely.
4) Add the dressing to salad and toss gently. Refrigerate for several hours.
5) Stir in cucumber and toss again. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes.

SERVING
6) Remove from the refrigerator and serve immediately.
