Fish Creole

Ingredients
  Haddock fillets/Halibut / cod 1 Pound
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Canned stewed tomatoes 8 Ounce, cut into pieces (1 Can)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced celery 1 Ounce
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Crushed oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Dash
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Clean, rinse and pat dry the fillets.

MAKING
3) Take a shallow baking dish and place the fillets.
4) In a medium saucepan, melt margarine. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
5) Pour this mixture on the fish and bake for 35 minutes until fish is flaky.

SERVING
6) Serve fish Creole hot.
