Southern Style Chilled Gazpacho

Ingredients
  Tomato juice 12 Ounce (1 Can)
  Tomatoes 3 Medium, peeled, seeded, and chopped
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce To Taste
  Cucumber 1 Medium, peeled, finely chopped
  Green pepper 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced green onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cucumber slices 6
Directions

MAKING

1) Take the first 6 ingredients in a container of a food processor and blend them.
2) Mix the tomato mixture with cucumber, green pepper, celery, and green onions. Chill this mixture.

SERVING

3) Pour the gazpacho into the 6 individual bowls.
4) Garnish the dish with cucumber slices and serve.

TIPS

5) Each serving of gazpacho contains 43 calories.
