Orange Flavored Blueberry And Cranberry Relish

Chilean blueberries available during winter boost taste, look, and nutrition of this holiday side.
Ingredients
  Fresh blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cranberries 8 Ounce
  Orange zest 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook until the sugar dissolves and the berries soften, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat, cover and chill. Best made in advance to let flavors blend.
