Southern Style Creamy Baked Fillets
|Frozen perch fillet/Halibut||1 Pound, thawed (1 Package)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Butter/Margarine||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Cream of shrimp soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)|
|Grated parmesan||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1 Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2 Lightly grease a 9-inch baking dish.
3 In the prepared baking dish, arrange the fillets.
4 Sprinkle with pepper.
5 Dot the fillets with butter.
6 Put the soup over fillets.
7 Sprinkle cheese and paprika on top.
8 Bake, uncovered, for about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
9 Serve hot.
