Southern Style Crispy Fried Fish
|Cornmeal||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Frozen perch fillets/Frozen flounder fillets||1 Pound (Thawed)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1 In a bowl, mix cornmeal, salt, and pepper.
2 Drede the fillets in the cornmeal mixture to coat evenly.
3 In a skillet , heat deep oil to 375°F.
4 Fry the coated fillets in hot oil for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.
5 Drain the fillets well on paper towels.
6 Serve hot.
