Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
  Lemon 1
  Eating apples 3 (Crisp)
  Celery 6 Ounce
  Walnut pieces 2 Ounce
  Mayonnaise 4 Tablespoon (Leveled)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon (Leveled)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Lettuce leaves 4
Directions

MAKING
1 In a small bowl, squeeze the juice from the lemon.
2 Wash and core the apples.
3 Dice the apples and place in a bowl.
4 Sprinkle with the lemon juice.
5 Wash and thinly slice the celery.
6 Add it to the apples.
7 Chop the walnut pieces a little.
8 Combine with the mayonnaise, parsley and seasoning.
9 Stir to mix.
10 Wash the lettuce well.
11 Create a border around a serving dish with the salad in the centre.

SERVING
12 Serve at once.
