Creole Rubbed Baked Chicken
|Chicken||1 , cut up|
|Creole seasoning rub||4 Tablespoon|
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Apply ample of creole rub and seasoning to the chicken slices.
3. Skewer chicken.
4. Place skewered chicken on a rack.
5. Place the rack in the oven and bake for an hour.
6. Turn chicken after half an hour.
