Ingredients
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Scallions 2 , thinly sliced
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shrimp 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Measure first 7 ingredients into a bowl in order given; blend thoroughly with a fork.
Add shrimp and toss well.
Cover and set in refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Mix again just before serv- ing and heap on plates with shredded lettuce.
