Microwave Hawaiian Pralines
|Butterscotch pudding and pie filling mix||3 Ounce (1 package)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||5 1⁄3 Can (53.33 oz) (1 can)|
|Macadamia nuts||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), coarsely chopped|
1)Take a mixing bowl, mix the sugars,milk,butter and pudding mix. Blend well.
2)Now cook in ROAST(7) for 12 minutes and stir often,till mixture reaches soft ball stage.
3)Now add the nuts.Beat well for 2 minutes.
4)Take a cookie sheet and line with wax paper,and drop tablespoons on it.
5)Keep standing till firm.Cut and store.
6)Wrap candy in sweet wrappers and serve in a candy jar.
