Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Grease 6 custard cups

MAKING
2) Into a bowl, add the egg, flour. Salt and milk and beat well using a fork
3) Pour the batter evenly into the cups
4) Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 450 F till golden and puffed
5) To check for doneness, insert a toothpick and it should hold in the muffin

SERVING
6) Serve warm
