Quick Seafood Gumbo

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Bell pepper 1 , chopped
  Diced celery 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Fat free beef broth 2 Can (20 oz)
  Sliced okra 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned stewed tomatoes 16 Ounce (1 can)
  Red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Crab meat 1⁄2 Pound
  Raw shrimp 1⁄2 Pound, peeled
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
  Salt 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) Use non-stick vegetable spray in a skillet.
2) Add the onions, pepper and celery and saute till clear.
3) Add defatted beef broth, water, tomatoes and okra and simmer till done.
4) Add crab meat and shrimp and season with red pepper and salt.
5) Simmer for 30 minutes.

SERVING
6) Serve over hot rice.
